How fast is your response time?
Fast response time is one of our top priorities. During business hours (weekdays 9am–5pm MST), you can expect a reply to change requests or inquiries within just a few hours. On top of that, our monitoring system alerts us instantly if your site experiences downtime, so we can jump in right away to resolve any issues or potential threats before they impact your business.
What are in the monthly care reports?
Our monthly care reports are delivered as a detailed PDF straight to your inbox. Each report gives you clear insights into your website’s performance over the past month, including backup and update history, traffic analytics, security and performance checks, and summaries of any custom work completed.
What happens if my site breaks?
If your site ever breaks due to plugin conflicts, theme issues, failed updates, or other technical errors, we can quickly restore it from a recent backup to get you back online. From there, we will diagnose the root cause and apply a fix to help prevent the same issue from happening again.
Is there a minimum commitment period?
No, we don’t require a commitment period for website maintenance. You can go month-to-month and cancel anytime without fees if you’re not satisfied.
